A. SIDO's "Bandage Pants®" are Japanese-made high-performance underwear that uses "HOHTAI®," a high-performance material independently developed and patented based on the knitted structure of medical bandages.
Compared to regular cotton or synthetic fiber underwear, it boasts overwhelming breathability and elasticity, providing a "feeling of liberation as if you're not wearing anything" and "comfort that stays dry even when you sweat."
Q2. Why is it "resistant to stuffiness and stickiness"?
A. The patented HOHTAI® fabric has a special knit structure with countless microscopic air passages.
Even when you sweat, it quickly absorbs and diffuses moisture to the outside, preventing heat and humidity from building up and eliminating uncomfortable stuffiness, stickiness, chill from sweat, and chafing around the groin and buttocks. Q4. How should I choose the size?
A. SIDO Bandage Pants are highly elastic, so you can generally choose based on your usual Japanese size (M / L / LL, etc.).
・M size : Waist 76-84cm
・L size : Waist 84-94cm
・LL size : Waist 94-104cm

Q5. Which should I choose: "open fly" or "closed fly"?
A. You can choose according to your lifestyle and preference.
・Open fly: Recommended for those who prioritize convenience when using the restroom or when wearing a business suit.
・Closed fly: Recommended for those who prioritize a snug and secure fit in the front, or for sports and active situations.
Q6. What is the difference between "short boxer" and "long boxer"?

A. "Etlis" is an athlete and high-performance line developed in collaboration with former professional baseball player Takashi Toritani, with a thorough focus on "zero stickiness after sweating."
It features special yarn knitted on a rare circular knitting machine by skilled artisans in Wakayama, offering a premium specification with both crispness and high durability.

Q8. Can I wash it in my home washing machine?
A. Yes, you can wash it in your home washing machine as usual.
To maintain the delicate texture of the bandage material for a long time, we recommend washing it in a laundry net (gentle cycle/delicate wash recommended).
Q9. Can I use a dryer (tumble dryer)?
A. Since it contains elastic fibers such as polyurethane, please avoid using a dryer. This may cause shrinkage or deterioration of the fabric.
HOHTAI® material is highly quick-drying, so it will dry in a short time if you hang it in a well-ventilated shaded area after spin-drying.
Q10. What is the lifespan and durability per pair?
A. If washed carefully, it has durability equal to or greater than that of general high-end underwear. Thanks to the special flat seamer stitching (flat seams), it is designed to resist losing its shape even with repeated wear and washing.

【5. About Orders, Delivery, & Support】
Q12. How long does it take for delivery after ordering?
A. After order confirmation (or payment confirmation for convenience store pre-payment), we usually arrange shipment within approximately one week. Due to careful manufacturing and inspection by artisans, items are shipped sequentially.
Q13. Is it possible to return or exchange items?
A. Due to the nature of sanitary products that come into direct contact with the skin, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons (such as size differences or differences in image) whether the product has been opened or not. In the unlikely event that a product arrives with initial defects or damage, please contact us promptly via the "Inquiry Form" within a week of receiving the product.
